传动滚筒受潮后的处理方法
Treatment of transmission drum after dampness
由于传动滚筒工作环境的复杂性，在其工作中可能会出现受潮现象，那么，该怎么处理这种现象呢?
Because of the complexity of the working environment of the transmission drum, damp phenomenon may occur in its work. So, how to deal with this phenomenon?
1、励磁线圈干燥法：励磁线圈干燥法即在传动滚筒电机定子线圈铁芯上绕上励磁线圈，并通入交流电，使定子产生磁通，依靠其铁损来干燥减速电机定子;
1. Excitation coil drying method: Excitation coil drying method is that excitation coil is wound around the core of stator coil of drive drum motor and connected to AC, which makes the stator produce magnetic flux and dries the stator of deceleration motor by its iron loss.
2、电焊机干燥法：交流电焊机干燥法操作前先将受潮传动滚筒电机绕组的个接线头串联起来，机壳接地，这样就可对三组绕组实现加热干燥;
2. Electric welding machine drying method: Before AC welding machine drying method operation, the wiring heads of damp driving drum motor windings are connected in series, and the casing is grounded, so that the three windings can be heated and dried.
3、外部热源加热法：对于受潮传动滚筒电机先将其拆检后，用大功率的白炽灯泡放入电动滚筒电机内部对其进行烘烤或是将电动滚筒电机放入烘房内进行干燥。
3. External heat source heating method: After the damp drive drum motor is disassembled and inspected, the high-power incandescent bulb is put into the electric drum motor to bake it or the electric drum motor is put into the drying room to dry it.
